RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Change of Mind
Because My Amazing Brain is a printed book/resource, I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it at victoria@brainessentials.nz with your order number and a photo. I’ll replace it or refund you straight away.

Incorrect Order
If I’ve accidentally sent the wrong item, I’ll fix it immediately. Just let me know as soon as possible so I can get the right book to you.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
